Pazo de la Cuesta White Blend, 2021

Appellation: Ribeira Sacra

This white wine is a blend of native Galician grapes: Treixadura, Godello, Albarino, and Loureiro.  The must of the grapes is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to extract the natural aromas of these varietals.  The wine later sits on lees to provide structure and elegance without losing acidity and freshness.  The wine is intense displaying aromas of rock fruit and white flowers.  In mouth is fresh, unctuous, round with a long finish.
