Treixadura is the main grape used in this blend that includes some Torrontes.  The wine is exquisite and balanced.  Wine is fresh and leaves rich flavors of apple, peach and a hint of banana.  Some Atlantic salinity touches round up the flavors, which end in a long enjoyable finish.  This is the latest project of famed producer Carlos Moro, who started Matarromera in Ribera del Duero.  Check out what capable, experienced hands can do with a good blend of Galician grapes.  See how age has made this wine feel with more body and mature, ripe fruits.
