Appellation: Classic Penedes

This sparkling spends 40 months aging, which gives way to very fine, refreshing bubbles and intense flavors of freshly baked bread combined with citrus notes.  This wine uses Vermouth as dosage, which provides herbal and bitter notes.  Ideal as an appetizer and to be served with ice and an orange wedge.  Think of it as a Spritz ready to drink.
