Appellation: Dry Creek 

Grenache Blanc is a Mediterranean varietal commonly found in Catalunya in Spain and in Chateneuf du Pape in the Southern Rhone in France.  This is a mutation of Grenache varietal so it tends to show more body and texture than other white varietals.  The colder weather in Dry Creek in California make this wine fresher displaying higher acidity.  The wine is very expressive showing white flowers, citrus and rock fruit on the nose.  Those aromas carry through to the mouth.  From the first taste you feel the acidity and freshness of the wine.  Mid palate the wine has good structure and displays citrus and rock fruit that make it feel like an elegant round wine.
